Return and Refund Policy

PLEASE LOOK OVER AND RESEARCH THE UNIT(S) PRIOR TO PURCHASE! YOU ARE WELCOME TO TAKE PICTURES OF THE UNITS FOR REFERENCE.

All units sold at Affordable Appliances LLC are final sales, sold in as-is on our floor condition to include any missing parts that do not affect the function of the unit. Affordable Appliances LLC does not offer refunds and does not accept returns for any unit sold. If a unit malfunctions, please see the warranty agreement given at time of purchase, if applicable. Units may be repaired outside of warranty for a discounted service fee when purchased from Affordable Appliances LLC with proof of purchase. Refunds on units will only be considered if the unit cannot be repaired or replaced at equal or lesser value at Affordable Appliances LLC’s discretion, if within the warranty period when applicable. If a refund is approved, this will not include any fees paid for delivery, drop off, installation, or any other services rendered, and any such payment of fees are non-refundable. There will be a $65 restocking fee for each returned single laundry, dishwasher, or range unit and/or a $100 restocking fee for laundry stack units and refrigerators. If a refund is agreed upon by the owner of Affordable Appliances LLC, the units must be brought back to our shop, or a pickup fee may be added.
